Wraparound Club Manager – Leading Children’s Play and Sport Provision Company

25 hours per week (7.30-9am and 2:30-6pm plus additional admin/planning time)
£13-£16 per hour

We are recruiting for the leading provider of out of school and wraparound child care for primary school children in Dorset. This company continues to grow in size, quality, and scope every year and are looking for someone who is passionate about children’s play and activity to join their team to run a brand new provision in Bournemouth.
This provision is not due to fully open until the Summer term in 2026 so a potential start date is very flexible and if you're available immediately, you will benefit from spending time observing and supporting other Wraparound Managers within the business prior to launching your clubs.
As a Wraparound Club Manager you will manage the day-to-day aspects of running breakfast and after school clubs at your school from scheduling, people management, cost control, and all stakeholder relationships, including the school and parents. You will also have the opportunity to work in the holidays as part of activity and sports camps (if available) and have the option of additional hours delivering lunchtime clubs too.
