WINDOW FITTER

RETROFIT / SOCIAL HOUSING (LONDON & SURROUNDING AREAS)

Day Rate : £200£250 per day (CIS / Ltd, depending on experience)

Location : London (East London based preferred, but all areas considered)

Start Date : Immediate Start

Duration : Long-term programme

What You’ll Be Doing

Installing energy-efficient windows in occupied and void social housing

Working as part of a small, well-organised retrofit team

Ensuring each installation meets specification and compliance standards

Travelling between sites across London (travel costs and ULEZ charges covered)

Following on-site H&S procedures and maintaining a clean, safe work area

What We’re Looking For

• ? Proven experience as a window fitter (retrofit or social housing background ideal)
• ? Good communication and reliability
• ? CSCS card (essential)
• ? Driving licence preferred
• ? Own hand tools
