Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Wholesale & Ecom Admin Assistant to join a fast-paced women's fashion brand supporting both wholesale and third-party ecommerce accounts. This is a varied role working across product uploads, stock management, and daily admin tasks to help ensure smooth order processing and accurate delivery tracking across multiple platforms.

This position would suit someone with strong Excel skills, great attention to detail, and a proactive approach to working within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities
  • Uploading and maintaining product listings across wholesale and ecommerce platforms
  • Managing and updating master data sheets to ensure product and stock accuracy
  • Supporting data checks and product setup across customer-specific systems
  • Liaising with internal teams and external partners to track deliveries and resolve issues
  • Sending daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports
  • Assisting with meeting preparation and updating internal trackers
  • Coordinating with UK and international warehouses to maintain delivery flow
  • Supporting the wider sales and operations team with ad hoc admin tasks
Person specification
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

  • Comfortable handling data and product information across multiple systems
