Overview

MIG Welder - Afternoon Shift

Location: Outskirts of Leeds

Hours: Mon-Wed: 2:15pm - 12:30am; Thu: 2:15pm - 12:00am

Pay: £15.29 per hour (DOE) + 25% shift allowance

The Role

We are recruiting an experienced MIG Welder to work permanent afternoon shifts for a well-established engineering manufacturer. This role offers excellent pay enhancements and long-term career stability.

  • Conduct quality inspections on all completed welds
  • Maintain welding equipment and tools
  • Comply with all health and safety protocols
Requirements
  • Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Competent in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and to deadlines
  • Current/previous coding to BS EN ISO 9606-1 - renewal support available (Desirable)
