Pay Rate:
* £16.50 per hour (Scunthorpe-based work)
* £18.15 per hour (Offsite work)
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 40 hours per week (38 hours paid)
Overtime: Regular overtime available

Key Responsibilities
* Perform MIG and Stick welding on train bogies to engineering specifications.
* Work predominantly offsite, with occasional work in Scunthorpe.
* Interpret and work from technical drawings.
* Maintain high standards of weld quality and ensure work meets relevant safety standards.
* Operate hand and power tools for preparation and finishing.
* Follow all health and safety protocols.
* Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven MIG and Stick welding experience (preferably within rail, heavy engineering, or similar sectors).
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
* Willingness to travel and work at various offsite locations.
* Full UK driving licence (preferred).
