Web Designer — Location: Coleraine (Hybrid)

MCS Group is excited to partner with a fast-growing digital solutions provider that's transforming how global leaders engage their customers.

This role blends design flair with some coding expertise to produce visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites. You'll have an eye for detail, a passion for user experience, and the ability to translate business goals into practical web solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop websites that deliver a seamless experience across devices.

• Create wireframes and user flows to communicate ideas.

• Work with the latest tools and technologies to bring engaging digital concepts to life.

• Use data and analytics to inform design decisions and optimise performance.

• Collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Web Designer & Developer (or similar role), supported by a strong portfolio of work.

• Proficiency in front-end languages is advantageous (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).

• Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe and Framer.

• Up-to-date knowledge of current web trends and technologies.

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy.

• Experience designing email campaigns and templates is beneficial.
