As Aster's Warm Funds - Project Assistant, you'll be supporting in the delivery of Aster's Strategic Priorities to meet sustainability and energy targets. You'll be working on energy efficiency and retrofit projects that improve our portfolio, ensuring all properties achieve at least an EPC C rating by 2030. You will provide administrative and project support, ensuring coordination, compliance and effective communication across project teams, contractors and customers. You'll also be key in securing and utilising all available government funding opportunities.
You'll ideally come to the role with experience in the social housing sector, with a strong understanding of EPC assessments, SAP ratings and housing decarbonisation policies. You'll be experienced in providing administrative support within a project supporting role. You'll consider your organisation and time management skills to be a strength. You will work well both collaboratively and independently, with the ability to build strong working relationships. This is a hybrid role so you can base yourself from home if you wish. The team will come together from time to time, so being happy to travel within our operating region is important. Operating region: Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London.
