Warehouse Shift Manager - Day or Night Shift (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am)

Location: London

Shift Pattern: 4 days on - 4 days off

Salary: GBP39,000 - GBP42,000 (+shift allowance for nights)

As a Warehouse Shift Manager, you will take charge of day-to-day operations and team management, overseeing inventory control, logistics coordination, financial management, and reporting. You'll work closely with a dedicated team to establish the most efficient warehousing processes.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a team of warehouse supervisors and operatives.
  • Contribute, implement and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor the performance, development and well-being of the team whilst working towards growth and improvement of your personal and team KPIs.
  • Manage drivers, delivery routes and logistics operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Ideal skill set we're looking for:
  • 2+ years' experience in warehouse management or a team-leading role.
  • A proven track record in mentoring, coaching and driving high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to adapt to and implement new operational processes in a rapidly growing environment.
  • Proficiency and knowledge in WMS (Warehouse Management System) and MS Office.
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics, inventory control and supply chain management.
  • Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
