·Location:Stowmarket, Suffolk.

• Role:Warehouse Operative -THIS ROLE IS FULL TIME ONLY.
• Contract:Temporary- ongoing.

• Hours of work as a full time Warehouse Operative:Rotational day shift

¨ 4 days on 2 days off schedule.

¨ Rotation 06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00 - Workers must be available to work mornings and afternoons.

·Pay Rate:£13.20 per hour - includes rotating shift premium & attendance bonus!

• Hours of work as a full time Warehouse Operative:Night shift

¨ 4 days on 4 days off schedule

¨ 19:30 – 06:00.

·Pay Rate:£ 14.25 basic rate + £0.45 attendance bonus rate.

About the Warehouse Operative role:

· Receive and inspect incoming goods for quality and accuracy.

· Offloading goods from containers.

· Organize and store products in designated areas within the warehouse.

· Prepare orders for dispatch by picking, packing, and labelling items accurately.

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety standards are met.

· Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
