Overview

Right Now Group are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join one of the world's leading logistics providers on a temporary basis in the Heathrow area. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a fast-paced air freight operation, supporting with the build and break of ULDs, including PMCs and AKEs.

We're looking for physically strong and reliable individuals with a flexible, can-do attitude who are keen to work as part of a busy and supportive warehouse team.

What’s On Offer

• Hourly Rate: £13.27
• Start Date: Immediate starts available
• Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off
• Hours: 16:00-04:00
• Location: Heathrow area (parking available)

Key Responsibilities - Warehouse Operative

• Building and breaking down ULDs (e.g. PMCs & AKEs)
• Physically moving cargo by hand - items may weigh up to 25kg
• Stacking, sorting, and securing freight for air cargo operations
• Ensuring accurate labelling and cargo checks
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment

What We’re Looking For - Warehouse Operative

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items (up to 25kg)
• Excellent attention to detail and team ethic
• Valid Right to Work in the UK
• 5-year checkable history & clear DBS (essential)
