Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for managing staff, inventory and ensuring the safe and efficient storage and dispatch of products. You will play a key part in maintaining smooth warehouse processes, supporting logistics and driving team performance.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products, ensuring timely and accurate inventory management.
  • Maintain computerized stock records and manage inventory levels to balance availability with operational efficiency.
  • Organize and coordinate regular stock audits and cycle counts.
  • Raise purchase orders and manage the flow of goods into and out of the warehouse.
  • Oversee returned stock, including faulty or warranty items, and manage returns to suppliers or internal departments.
  • Ensure quality and quantity control of incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Identify, implement, and improve warehouse processes and procedures.
  • Enforce health, safety, and security standards.
  • Lead, motivate, and allocate team members to cover warehouse operations efficiently.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to monitor performance, address challenges, and develop actionable improvement plans.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
