A major healthcare provider in Glasgow is seeking a permanent staff member to deliver an efficient Health Records service in a ward environment. The candidate will support patient care by managing health records, providing reception duties, and maintaining patient information. Essential skills include clerical experience, customer service, and proficiency in computer systems. This role is crucial for effective clinical operations and involves working in multiple wards, primarily based at the Royal Hospital for Children.

The shift pattern for this post are Monday - Friday 0830 - 1230
Please note the salary is Pro Rata for part time hours.
To support effective clinical care by providing an efficient Health Records service to patients in a ward environment. To ensure patient’s health records are administered and processed accurately and remain confidential.
The post holder will provide cover in multiple wards as and when required. The post holder will be expected to undertake all duties such as reception of patients, answering telephone, appointment booking and maintaining demographic information on the patient management system.
Please note this is a GGC wide post and can be moved to any location, however initial base will be the Royal Hospital for Children.
