An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced full-time Waiter/Waitress/Chef de Rang to join our Front of House team at Franco's on Jermyn Street, Green Park.

What can you bring to the team?
  • Previous experience in a similar, fast-paced establishment, catering for 80 to 100 covers during each service
  • General knowledge of Italian cuisine
  • A good knowledge of the different grape varieties and wine styles, spirits and classic cocktails
  • Ability to recommend dishes based on guest information
  • Able to serve and clear a table up to 4 people
  • Experience and awareness of opportunities to improve sales and anticipate guest needs
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Motivation, commitment, success oriented with a can-do attitude
  • Knowledge and diversity from previous roles to the team
  • Enthusiasm, drive and desire to learn
  • Knowledge of Point of Sale software (TISSL/Horizon) would be beneficial
  • WSET certification or equivalent would be beneficial
