About The Role

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll manage busy telephone lines and schedule appointments efficiently, while handling email correspondence and client enquiries with care and professionalism. Duties also include processing payments, managing stock, and assisting with account and insurance queries. The successful candidate will ensure the practice remains clean, organised, and well-stocked, provide administrative support to the team, and occasionally assist the clinical staff with non-clinical animal handling during consultations.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone with previous reception or customer service experience (experience in a veterinary or medical setting is a bonus, but not essential).
