An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and highly organised Practice Manager to join a fantastic independent veterinary practice in North London. Operating from a modern, well-equipped facility, this thriving practice is dedicated to delivering the very best in veterinary care, while fostering a supportive and collaborative working environment for both clinical and non-clinical staff. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic, supporting a friendly and dedicated team of veterinarians, registered veterinary nurses, and administrative staff. This varied role combines leadership, organisation, and strategic thinking. From regulatory compliance and financial management to client care, marketing initiatives, and team development, the Practice Manager will be at the heart of ensuring the practice continues to grow and thrive.

The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with excellent HR and administrative skills, strong IT abilities, and a flair for communication.
