Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking to join a forward‑thinking, well‑equipped, and genuinely supportive workshop? Our client – a highly respected, family‑run prestige dealership – is expanding and now looking for a skilled Technician to join their brand‑new Service Centre in Staplehurst.

The Role

You’ll be part of a passionate and collaborative workshop team, carrying out high‑quality diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on a variety of vehicles.

Duties include:

  • Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults
  • Conducting detailed inspections of mechanical components
  • Performing servicing and repairs to the highest standards
  • MOT testing (if qualified)
  • Road testing vehicles to ensure fault‑free performance
  • Communicating technical information clearly and professionally
  • Maintaining great customer service to encourage repeat business
  • Managing parts stock and contributing to workshop efficiency
  • Keeping up to date with new technology and best practices
  • Ensuring a clean, safe, and organised working environment
About You

NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) – preferred

MOT Tester qualification – advantageous

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician

Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills

High attention to detail with a commitment to quality

Full UK Driving Licence – essential

A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
