Overview

Vehicle Technician (Level 3)

Salary: £31,800 - £38,300 (D.O.E) + Bonus & Paid Overtime

Location: Poole, Dorset

Hours: 42.5 hours (Monday - Friday 8:15am - 5:15pm, Saturday optional paid overtime)

Responsibilities

• Working in a team to execute services and MOTs, carrying out repairs accurately, safely and quickly to minimise customer inconvenience.
• Maintaining the brand image by delivering an elite experience with detailed handovers and ensuring standards are upheld.
• Adhering to all Health & Safety regulations, keeping all areas maintained and clear of hazards.
• Completing all relevant documentation in line with HSO warranty and internal brand requirements.
• Logging all details on Job Sheets to ensure bills and invoices are accurate.
• Working to control costs where possible.

Skills / Experience Required

• Experience in a similar role is required.
• Full driving licence is essential as you will undertake test drives with customer vehicles.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers to resolve issues and hand back over with all vital information.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage own workload; will be working individually, in a team and with other departments to ensure efficiency.
