Qualifications

• Experience in a Technician role such as Mechanic/Vehicle Technician.
• Customer service experience is essential.
• Full & valid UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver core fast fit products and services including tyre fitting.
• Assist POS with the delivery of SMR targets.
• Provide detailed guidance and support to customers.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Delivering the core fast fit products and services, including tyre fitting, wheel alignment, battery fitment and more
• Assisting our point of sale (POS) with the delivery of the Service, Maintenance & Repair (SMR) targets
• Demonstrating knowledge of our products and values
• Providing detailed guidance and support to our customers
• Following our Life Saving Rules, ensuring Health & Safety in everything that we do

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience of working in a similar Technician role (Mechanic/Vehicle Technician etc.)
• Customer service experience
• IMI level 2 Qualification (or above) is desirable
• Full & Valid UK Driving Licence
