Your Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client relationships, delivering high-quality valuation services.
• Conduct market analysis and assess property data to produce accurate valuations.
• Prepare detailed reports for clients, lenders, and legal purposes.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues on complex instructions and contribute to business development.
• Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes to enhance service delivery.

What We're Looking For

• MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proven experience in UK real estate, ideally within consultancy or transactional environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with Argus Enterprise (training provided) and Microsoft Office.
