A leading NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Apprentice Patient Pathway Support to ensure the smooth running of clinics at King’s Mill Hospital. Responsibilities include preparing clinic documentation, supporting pathway coordinators, and maintaining good relationships with patients and staff. This role offers a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship, combining full employment with ongoing personal development opportunities in a supportive environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated Urology Department at King’s Mill Hospital. We are seeking a self-motivated, innovative individual with excellent attention to detail to support the delivery of high-quality patient care.
As an Apprentice Patient Pathway Support, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of clinics by preparing and tracking clinic documentation, supporting the SFHT Patient Pathway and Patient Pathway Coordinators. You will help maintain a high standard of service across both King’s Mill and Newark Hospitals, contributing directly to the Trust’s goals.
