About the Job:

Manchester, UK (On-site | Full-time | Permanent)

Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 6:00pm

In this desk-based role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Diagnosing faults and managing resolutions efficiently across a wide range of telecom services.
  • Understanding customer needs and guiding them through implementation.
  • Liaising with suppliers and escalating technical queries where appropriate.
  • Provisioning telecom products and services accurately and promptly.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a telecommunications support role.
  • Solid technical understanding of telecom systems; familiarity with Asterisk-based phone systems is a bonus.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • A proactive team player with a keen eye for detail and organisational skills.
