As Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships across the network, supporting underwriting performance, and identifying new commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the MGA Performance Manager in delivering business plans and financial targets.
• Developing a new business pipeline in collaboration with brokers and underwriters.
• Building and maintaining productive internal and external broker relationships.
• Promoting continuous improvement in operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Delivering quality MI to support business performance and compliance.
• Managing a portfolio of existing clients and ensuring high service standards.
• Developing underwriting knowledge to operate within a defined authority.
• Providing input on project-based activities and supporting innovation.
• Acting as a key liaison between broking and underwriting functions.
