For the first six months, you’ll work in a supportive emotional wellbeing helpline setting, delivering in-the-moment emotional support and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) via telephone, live chat, and video.

You will also manage structured video counselling sessions (including CBT-based work), which will contribute to your UKCP accreditation clinical hours.
If you are a UKCP Registered Graduate Counsellor looking for a role that combines structured training, hands‑on client work, and opportunities for career progression, this position is ideal.
You will start on a salary of £26,000, with regular reviews and pay increases linked to your development and training completion.
