Qualifications

• Experience in supporting TUPE processes in the UK.
• Ability to handle confidential employee matters with discretion.
• Experience in multi-site businesses is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations processes, including disciplinaries and grievances.
• Coordinate TUPE transfers, ensuring compliance with regulations.
