Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a similar helpdesk or IT environment is essential.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, GPOs.
• Excellent knowledge of Office 365 including Email, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• A full driving licence is preferred for travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to keep users connected and productive.
• Assist with the rollout of new hardware and software.
• Provide end user IT training and ensure IT systems run smoothly.

Skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects

2+ years' experience in a similar helpdesk or IT environment

Windows Server experience

Excellent Office 365 knowledge

Windows Desktop 10/11

Excellent customer service skills

A proactive person passionate about IT

Full driving licence

Working within an ITIL environment
