We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Claims Handler to join one of our clients' growing insurance teams. In this role, you'll take ownership of travel insurance claims from start to finish, ensuring customers receive a fair, timely, and supportive experience.

What You\'ll Do
  • Managing Claims Caseload: Proactively handle an allocation of travel insurance claims from notification through to closure.
  • Assess indemnity, liability, and settlement in line with policy terms.
  • Negotiate fair outcomes while maintaining excellent service standards.
  • Fraud & Risk Awareness: Identify potential fraud indicators and refer as appropriate.
  • Spot recovery opportunities to support business efficiency.
  • Supporting Operational Excellence: Work closely with the Claims Team Leader to support day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure service levels, compliance requirements, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance processes and improve customer experience.
  • Customer Service & Communication: Provide clear, empathetic communication to customers throughout the claims process.
  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues, third parties, and suppliers.
