• Proven experience in transport management within manufacturing, distribution, FMCG or 3PL operations.
• Strong knowledge of UK transport legislation and compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities are a must.

• Manage daily transport planning, scheduling, and vehicle utilisation.
• Oversee drivers, third-party carriers, and a transport planning team.
• Liaise with customers on delivery requirements and updates.
