Overview

Location: Based in Birmingham

£45,000 - £50,000 per annum dependent on experience

Churchill London is looking for a highly organised and proactive Transformation Manager to lead change management programmes that align with client strategies, driving transformation and continuous improvement.

In this role, you'll work closely with our aviation client to oversee end to end transformation initiatives—shaping processes, identifying and mitigating risks, and leveraging productivity insights and lessons learned to cultivate continuous improvement and a strong culture of change.

As a Transformation Manager you'll:

  • Review inherited performance, operational, and commercial aspects to map projects and identify risks.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments and operational management, ensuring alignment on delivery expectations during pre-mobilisation.
  • Provide the Site Manager with accurate operational and commercial data from contract requirements, safeguarding against information gaps during service partner transitions.
  • Participate in client and internal meetings, offering strategic insights and supporting smooth implementation post-mobilisation.
  • Align with our commitment to innovation and environmental responsibility, by sourcing suitable equipment and solutions for staff and clients.
  • Confidence in communicating with client\'s senior management and director level to achieve results and drive overall improvement.

As Transformation Manager you'll have:

  • Proven ability to manage projects, track actions, and update progress throughout all stages of mobilisation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, and resolve inherited process challenges effectively.
  • Great planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work seamlessly across cross-functional teams
