SHIFT PATTERN : any 5 in 7 40 hours per week

This rolehas the ability todirectly impact business performance through interventions and initiatives that will impactABMemployees at Operational and Supervisory level.

Main accountabilities include :
  • Ensuringthe learning and development training records and Skills Matrices are properlyinput and updated.
  • Designingimplementationandcompletion of ABM trainingprogrammes.
  • Ensuringappropriate policies processes and manuals are incorporated intooperationaltraining material to ensure our operational employees are trained to carry out their job function.
  • Deliver operational training inclusive ofon the jobtraining and provide feedback andadditionalsupport to address any areas of low performance.
  • Createamendand deliver courses complete with associated paperwork lesson plans exercises all in line with the necessary regulated bodies CAA / DFT
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders tofacilitatenew learning techniquesupgradesand enhancements to our training syllabus.
  • Supportthe developmentand implementationofdigital learninginnovation.
  • Identifyingsynergies with our customers and the business units to ensure best practice and a consistent approach to learning.
  • Ensure effective communications within the operations team including regular meetings to share training delivery plans and compliance figures.
  • Establish andmaintaingood relationships and lines of communication with clients andairlines.
  • Promote a culture of service excellence andmaintaina professional image both personally and corporately champion legendary service
People Management
  • Effectively manage coach and mentor teammembersto meet service level agreements.
  • Maintain staff discipline and conformance with Company and regulatory requirementsutilizingthe Company disciplinary process where necessary.
  • Ensure all paperwork is managed and processed in line with GDPR (general data protection regulation)
Qualifications and Experience
