Following recent growth, we are seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the OP team!

Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with clients and understand hiring needs across different sectors
  • Source and speak to candidates looking for new temporary and permanent opportunities
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Ensure recruitment specific compliance within your role
  • Work towards targets, both individually and within a team

Hours of Work

40 hours per week with hours worked between: 8am til 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am til 3pm on a Friday.
