Trainee Recruitment Consultant Witney £24,000pa - £25,000pa plus benefits & commission

MARS Recruitment has firmly established itself as one of Oxfordshire's leading recruitment partners covering specialist vertical markets in the Engineering, Manufacturing & IT sectors locally. We are looking to grow our team of talented Recruitment Consultants from our offices in central Witney.

We love to hear from you if you have ever thought about recruitment as a possible career, you may have a technical degree but unsure how to use it, or you may be an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is interested in working for a business which gives you the flexibility and autonomy to develop and grow your own market and desk.

In your new role as Recruitment Consultant you will be afforded a high degree of autonomy, setting your own day / week plan, specialising within a certain technical vertical or industry sector, or generalising in Engineering, Manufacturing or IT. Some of your daily activities may include:

• New business development
• Candidate marketing
• Developing relationships with high level candidates or clients through networking events
• Working closely with resourcing teams on candidate sourcing & screening projects
• Perpetuating the growth of in-house resources
• Performance planning
