With training, mentoring, and support, you'll take on responsibilities that grow as you do.

With training and support, your key responsibilities will include:

Project Management & Compliance
  • Monitor site activities, subcontractors, materials, and quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Reporting & Site Coordination
  • Attend site meetings and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and update monthly progress reports.
  • Support the Construction Director in developing site programmes of work.
  • Manage site logistics, including traffic control, orders, and deliveries.

This role is designed to give you a full grounding in contracts management, with a clear progression path and the opportunity to take ownership of major projects as you develop.

What We're Looking For
  • You will have completed, or will be part of the way through, an HNC or HND or a Degree in a construction or civil engineering-related discipline.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Strong communication skills and IT proficiency
  • No direct experience is required—just the drive to learn, grow, and succeed in construction management.
Benefits
  • Fast-tracked career progression with structured training and mentoring.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Hands-on experience managing projects across multiple sites.
  • Opportunities to work alongside industry experts who will guide and support your development.
  • The chance to be part of one of the UK\'s most successful groundworks contractors, shaping the future of residential construction.
