Marsh Commercial the leading insurance broker in the UK is seeking a Trainee Insurance Client Manager to support our Private Clients team . This is a hybrid working role that has a requirement of at least four days per week in the office.

The role: Trainee Client Manager

We will count on you to :
  • Handle both new and existing customer enquiries on behalf of the Account Executives.
  • Manage administrative processes for new business mid-term adjustments and renewals.
  • Ensure prompt and efficient handling of client requests in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Build relationships with insurers to secure the best terms and pricing for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client interactions and policy details.
What you need to have :
  • Previous experience in a client / customer-facing role (e.g. retail hospitality food & beverage).
  • Strong literacy numeracy administration and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software.
