Hours per week: 37.5 hours
Salary: £28,275.00 per annum
Working Patterns: This job is flexible and may require a variety of shifts between Monday to Sunday. Depending on the team, you will receive a monthly or weekly rota.

As an integral part of Tesco Travel Money, you will be placed on-site in a bureau within a Tesco retail store. Thousands of customers will seek help with foreign exchange, and we aim to deliver exceptional customer experiences combined with detailed and concise advice.
Responsibilities
- Managing a team of Travel Service Partners to deliver the best possible customer experience.
- Nurturing and mentoring the team to maintain high levels of service and ensure peak performance with effective training.
- Reviewing customer feedback, service levels, and processes to improve outputs and achieve objectives.
- Engaging with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Delivering on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused.
- Processing daily online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
- Implementing and driving best legal practice and regulatory standards while adhering to Travelex compliance procedures.

Interview process
- Step 1 – Our Talent Acquisition Partners or Area Managers review applications and conduct an initial screening call if experience fits the brief.
- Step 2 – Online interview with a Talent Acquisition Partner, with a brief insight into Travelex and the role, plus a small numerical/accuracy test due to working with money.
- Step 3 – If successful, a bureau visit to meet the Area Manager and see the working environment, with day-to-day responsibilities explained.
- Step 4 – If the bureau visit goes well, an offer to join Travelex. If unsuccessful, you will receive detailed feedback. Onboarding includes a reference check.
