A leading retail company in the UK seeks individuals for shop roles to provide excellent customer service and maintain store standards. Responsibilities include serving customers, collaborating with the team, and managing product deliveries. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and be proactive. This position offers guaranteed hours and flexible working options.
Availability Window: The role lists preferred availability Mon, Tue, Wed and Sat from 12:00 to 20:00. The pay starts from £12.45 per hour, increasing to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location. It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with the option to work a minimum of 12 hours if needed. We will schedule contracted hours within the stated availability and provide 3 weeks' notice of shifts. We are open to flexible working arrangements and encourage applicants to read more.
