A staffing agency seeks a Temporary HR Coordinator to manage onboarding and ensure compliance with recruitment practices. Qualifications

  • At least 2 years' experience in HR Administration/Coordination.
  • Recent experience within the last 3 months is preferred.
  • Proven track record of direct onboarding of large candidate volumes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding for 30+ candidates simultaneously.
  • Perform safer recruitment checks including DBS and reference verification.
  • Support various HR administration tasks including contracts and compliance.
  • Facilitate communication between candidates and HR.
  • Deliver accurate HR support throughout the business.
