A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator for a 5-month contract in Uxbridge. The role involves preparing employment contracts and supporting onboarding for candidates across 30 countries. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years in HR operations and experience with employee contracts. This position offers a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support TA teams with employment contract preparation.
  • Check and amend standard working terms as needed.

Are you an experienced HR Coordinator with experience of raising employee contracts and onboarding?

This amazing international company are now seeking a temporary member for their TA team.

The successful candidate will have international exposure as you will be supporting 30 countries with their contract raising and onboarding.

The role will involve extensive employee contract preparation, TA admin and will be supporting the TA teams daily.

Based in the Uxbridge office, this role offers hybrid working- 3 days in the office and 2 at home.

The Role
  • Supporting TA teams with the preparation of employment contracts
  • Checking for nuances in standard working terms and amending accordingly
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates providing them with updates
  • Maintain candidate records and coordinate on boarding activities
  • Working to set process as well as looking for continuous improvements
Experience Needed
  • A minimum of 2 years in HR operations
  • MUST have experience working with employee contracts
  • Excellent eye for detail and be process led
  • Excellent communication as you will be liaising with candidates
  • Positive, adaptable and enthusiastic
  • Confident working with ATS systems such as Success factors/Eightfold
