My well-established, award-winning client based in Hounslow is looking for a Technical Sales Estimator to join their fast-growing team. The basic salary is £25-27k, with commission potential up to £55K based on achieved targets.

Job Duties:

1. Building relationships with new and existing customers via telephone, email, and meetings at our office.
2. Achieving individual sales targets by winning new projects.
3. Preparing quotations and estimating the price of steel structures based on dimensions and details from technical drawings and customer information, using our bespoke ERP system.
4. Preparing project documentation, including hand sketches.
5. Project management.
6. Answering incoming calls during the day.
7. Liaising with suppliers.

Technical Estimator - Skills and Qualifications:

The company seeks an ambitious individual passionate about good customer service, with the ability to understand customer needs and communicate convincingly. Skills required include problem-solving, decision-making, organizational skills, procedural mindset, prioritization, attention to detail, data analysis, understanding of 3D structures, and excellent communication and writing skills.

Experience in sales, ideally in technical roles.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.
