Job Description: As a Team Member-Retail, you will be crucial in delivering the financial support functions that enable Heathrow to achieve its vision: to give passengers the best airport service in the world.

We are looking for someone with an interest in finance who would like to explore opportunities within this area. The ideal candidate shows enthusiasm, drive, and a positive attitude to learn and develop within the Finance team. You should be a self-starter, numerate, analytical, and investigative. Training will be provided for the right applicant.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process and maintain Retail Concessionaire accounts as part of the team.
  2. Perform reconciliations between various systems and interface with Retail Account managers at Heathrow Airport.
  3. Support the team in Glasgow with daily and month-end activities to ensure high performance.
  4. Proactively engage with the business to resolve queries and ensure process compliance.
  5. Work with teams across the business to identify and implement process improvements.
  6. Maintain strong organizational skills to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  7. Utilize strong Excel skills.
  8. Communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
  9. Show initiative and work well independently and in teams.
  10. Pay attention to detail.

Ideally, you will also have:

  1. A finance background.
  2. High level of customer service skills.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Experience with Document Management systems (preferred).

Training will be provided to the successful applicant.
