Company Overview: We are a leading provider of supported living services for adults with learning disabilities and low level mental health needs. With a focus on promoting independence and improving quality of life, we are dedicated to providing person-centered care and support to our service users. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Manager - Service Manager for our Birmingham location.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of support staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Ensure the delivery of person-centered care and support to service users
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and maintain the service's compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the smooth running of the service
  • Participate in on-call duties as required
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement plans
  • Act as a role model for the team and promote a positive and inclusive work culture
