  • Oversee distribution of caseloads ensuring needs of children are met.

  • Conduct regular quality assurance activities.
  • Create and monitor team plans linked to service objectives.
  • Supervise Assistant Team Managers and Senior Social Workers.
  • Support team members to seek feedback from children and families.
  • Encourage professional development of Assistant Team Managers.
  • Ensure anti-discriminatory practices in service delivery.
  • Deputise for the Head of Service as necessary.
