A major retail company in Newbury is seeking a Team Manager to oversee store operations and lead a team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on enhancing customer experience and team motivation. This full-time, permanent position offers a salary of £32,222 and benefits including annual leave and a pension.

Salary: £32,222 (with 31 days annual leave & pension)
Contract: Full-Time Permanent, 5 days out of 7
