Team LeaderSalary: £13.73 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay)

Overview

As a Retail Shift Leader you will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites. Shifts vary in length; you will be required to travel to a different client site each day and may occasionally be expected to stay away from home. Days: Monday - Sunday (Up to 5 days in a 7-day working pattern, with flexibility in the working days per week if required). Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts.

  • Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service standards on all sites.
  • Complete stock counts accurately and within the given time frame.
  • Monitor and improve team productivity where possible.
Qualifications
  • A Full Driving License.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Ability to remain focused when under pressure.
  • Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
