Job Overview
An opportunity has arisen for a band 6 senior staff nurse to join our friendly team on the children\'s unit. This post would be suitable for an experienced band 5 staff nurse with both strong clinical knowledge and leadership qualities.
The successful candidate will be self motivated and passionate about the care of children and young people and committed to improving service delivery and flexible to the needs of the service. A desire to learn and undertake leadership and management training is essential.
The Children\'s Unit consists of 20 inpatient beds including 1 High Dependency bed. We also have 5 Assessment unit beds, 8 medical/surgical day case beds and 1 Oncology bed.
