Are you a Complex Care Senior Support Worker looking for a new role in the community?
Are you a caring individual who is passionate about delivering person centred care? Do you believe you can make a positive impact to our clients lives? If so, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for individuals to join our team on a Permanent basis.
We are looking for an experienced Team Coordinator who can support a team of support workers and our clients who have complex care needs and need support in the comfort of their own homes in the Colchester area.
Our client needs round the clock care on a 2:1 basis. Your will need to be available Immediately and be able to commit to regular shift patterns which will be on a 12-hr rotation.
As a Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for line managing Support Workers within the team, providing advice, support and training, along with undertaking regular 1-1's and appraisals.
This role consists of working a shift pattern to cover 24-hour care.
You will need to have a proven track record of management and complex care experience and have supported clients with:
You must hold a UK driving licence and have access to a car as will be expected to support across packages.
