Position: Executive Administrator

Salary: up to £42,000

Location: London

Hours: 9-month fixed term contract, full-time, hybrid working, 4 days a week in the office

Our client, a leading barristers' chambers, is seeking an exceptional Executive Administrator to join their collaborative team on a 9-month fixed term contract.

This is a varied and rewarding role supporting senior management, barristers, and key committees across Chambers. You’ll be at the heart of operations, ensuring smooth administration across regulatory, marketing, HR, and pupillage functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Barrister Support: Manage practising certificate renewals, insurance, CPD tracking, onboarding/offboarding, and diary/travel arrangements.
  • Committee Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions across multiple committees.
  • General Administration: Oversee internal scheduling, assist with finance and HR processes, and provide ad hoc support to senior leadership.
  • Pupillage & Events: Support mini-pupillage logistics, university outreach, and law fairs.
  • Marketing & Engagement: Assist with mentoring schemes, marketing trips, and internal/external events.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Maintain internal communications, update intranet pages, and manage weekly Chambers events.
What we are looking for
