Are you looking to make a real difference close to home? We're recruiting a full‑time Teaching Assistant to work in partnership with a respected special school in Cheltenham known for its inclusive spirit, creativity and hands‑on learning.
The school is rated Good by Ofsted following its inspection in May 2024, where inspectors praised how pupils are happy, feel safe and respond well to adults using their smart “zones of regulation” to stay calm and respectful.
You’ll be joining a community that lives by its motto of “Learning for Life”, offering a mix of academic, vocational and practical experiences—farm sessions, residential trips, travel training and a rich focus on communication and independence.
Rather than experience, we value someone with the right personality, motivations and values. You could be a local graduate, youth worker, sports coach, teaching assistant or support worker who’s keen to work meaningfully with vulnerable young learners. Your empathy, patience and enthusiasm matter more than your resume.
