Teaching Assistants / Learning Support Assistants / SEND Assistants - Ealing Borough

Location: Ealing, West London
Salary: From 90-95 per day
Contract: Daily supply and long-term roles available

SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants and SEND Assistants to support a growing number of mainstream primary schools and SEND provisions across Ealing. With increased demand from our partner schools, we are looking for individuals with solid experience working with children or young people in an educational environment.

These roles offer excellent opportunities to gain experience across mainstream classrooms, inclusion settings, and specialist SEND bases within Ealing and can often lead to long term opportunities.

The Roles

We are looking for support staff who can:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and purposeful learning
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development
• Work confidently with children who have a variety of learning needs, including Autism, speech and language needs, and behavioural challenges
• Contribute to a positive, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
• Adapt to different school settings and work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Use initiative and collaborate effectively with school teams

Roles include:

• Mainstream classroom Teaching Assistant
• 1:1 Learning Support Assistant
• SEND Assistant within specialist or inclusive settings
• General TA support across year groups

About You

We would love to hear from candidates who:

• Have strong experience working with children or young people in schools, nurseries or youth settings
• Are flexible, enthusiastic and confident in supporting pupils' needs
• Bring a positive, proactive attitude
• Have experience supporting pupils with SEND (highly desirable but not essential)
