Contract: Term-Time Only (39 weeks per year) Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: Approximately £20,941 – £21,610 per annum (actual, pro-rata) (FTE Equivalent ~ £24,404–£25,183)

The Motiv8 School is an independent, specialist school supporting learners with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCP). We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team and support our Cross-Curricular Teacher in providing a nurturing, hands-on, and enriching learning environment for our students.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering lessons across a range of subjects and vocational areas
• Support students with varying learning, social, and emotional needs
• Encourage active participation and engagement in lessons
• Support students with reading and literacy, including phonics interventions
• Assist with the preparation of learning resources and displays
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
• Support students 1:1 or in small groups, both in and out of the classroom
• Contribute to record-keeping, observations, and feedback to teachers
