Teaching Assistant – Peterlee

Location: Peterlee
Pay: £89 to £110 per day
Start: January Start
Contract: Long-term, full-time

Love being the steady hand in the classroom? We’re looking for a brilliant TA to join a warm, welcoming primary setting in the heart of Peterlee.

You’ll be the go-to support for classroom learning, small-group activities, and that occasional “can you help me find my glue stick?” moment. The team is friendly, the children are lovely, and they’re excited to welcome someone who genuinely cares.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting learning in class and small groups
• Helping children stay focused, engaged and confident
• Working closely with the class teacher
• Bringing calm, patience and positivity each day
